There are many issues occurring while I am trying to edit my uploaded documents. I have had to redo one document three times because AI is editing over top of my edits. This document is still not fixed.

Let me walk you through how you can share more details and a screenshot so we can pinpoint the issue:

1. Describe the steps you take before the issue happens (for example: which editor you are using such as PDF Editor or Smart PDF Forms, what you click, when AI starts changing things, and what exactly gets overwritten).
2. Tell us the browser and device you are using (for example: Chrome on Windows, Safari on Mac, etc.).
3. Take a screenshot showing the part of the document before and after AI changes your edits, so we can see what is being overwritten.

Also, if you can take a screenshot of what’s happening, that will help us to understand better what’s going on and find a solution. Let me show you how to post a screenshot to our Help Center:

1. On the Help Center page, scroll down to the Your Answer section and click on the Image icon.
2. Drag and drop your image into the Upload box, or click on it and select your file.
3. Then, click on the Add button in the bottom-right corner of the window.

1. To resize it, click on your screenshot and then click on one of the boxes in the corners, and drag inward.
2. Once you're finished, click on the Post Answer button at the bottom right of the Your Answer section.
