    I am considering using this platform to send out teacher contracts for them to sign. I also want it housed on this platform. I do not understand how to use it, I tried some test forms but the employee would have to have an account with jotform to review and sign their contract. I do not want that.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Jotform lets you create online forms and signable documents, send them out form completion or signature, and keep all responses stored in your account. You can build contracts, share them with teachers, and manage the signed copies from within your Jotform account. Let me show you how:

    1. In My Workspace dashboard, click on the Create button in the upper left side of the panel and select the E-sign option.
    2. Now, choose either you Upload Document or Use Template option for your Jotform Sign.

    1. In Sign Builder, click on the Send tab in the top navigation bar, add the Name and Email address of the signers in the Recipients tab.
    2. Now, toggle on the Signing Order option to make sure that the signers receive the document in the correct sequence and click on the Send To Sign button.
