    Hello,

I only need the form for another month, and I cannot find information on how to cancel it after it. Also, the school district is a tax exempt entity. Can you provide this info?

    Thanks,

    Sandra

Hi Sandra! I can definitely help with both canceling your Jotform subscription after next month and the tax‑exempt info.

Here’s how you can cancel your Jotform subscription from the web so it won’t renew after you’re done using the form:

    • Go to your account’s Billing page here: Change plan.
    • In the My Plan section, look for your current paid plan.
    • Click the Change Plan or Downgrade button next to your current plan.
    • On the list of available plans, select the Starter (Free) plan.
    • Follow the prompts to confirm the downgrade back to the Free plan.
    • Once confirmed, your account will stay on the paid plan until the end of the current billing period, and then it will automatically switch to the Free plan (no further charges).

You can also review the full step‑by‑step guide here: How to cancel your Jotform subscription.

For your second question about the school district being tax‑exempt: Jotform does support tax‑exempt and education/government use in many regions, but the exact process and eligibility can depend on your location and documentation.

    • Could you let me know which country/state the school district is in and whether you already have official tax‑exempt documentation (e.g., exemption certificate or similar)?
    • Once I know that, I can point you to the right next steps for having tax handled correctly on your Jotform billing.

If you tell me when your current billing period ends, I can also help you time the downgrade so you keep access for the month you need without renewing again. Let me know what plan you’re currently on (e.g., Bronze, Silver, etc.) and whether you purchased it on the web or through a mobile app.
