To cancel your Jotform subscription and downgrade to the Free plan:
- Go to your Billing page while logged into your Jotform account: Change plan.
- Under the My Plan section, look for your current paid plan.
- Click the Change Plan or Downgrade option shown for your current subscription.
- In the list of available plans, locate the Starter (Free) plan.
- Click Downgrade under the Starter (Free) plan.
- A confirmation dialog or page will appear; carefully review the information about when your paid features will end.
- Confirm the downgrade by clicking the Confirm, Downgrade, or similar button.
- After confirming, your account will be scheduled to move to the Free plan at the end of your current billing period (or immediately, depending on what is shown in the confirmation).

If you bought your subscription through the iOS App Store or Google Play (inside the Jotform mobile app), let me know, because in that case the cancellation must be done directly via your Apple or Google Play subscription settings instead of the Jotform website.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can easily Cancel Your Subscription, but you’ll need to do it on the desktop version of Jotform, as it’s not yet available on the mobile app. Let me show you how:
1. On your Workspace page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image on the top-right side of the page, and then click on Settings.

2. Under the Billing tab on the left, and beside the My Plan section, click on Change Plan.

3. Now, click on the Downgrade button to switch to the Starter (Free) Plan.
Then, you’ll see a pop-up window with extra information about the downgrade. Just follow the instructions to continue canceling your plan.Let us know if you need any more help.
