Need more information on how petition creator accesses signatures to send on to officials to whom petition is addressed

Podo: Support SpecialistHi Marina,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant here to assist you.
You can easily print or download all the signatures (submissions) from your petition form in Jotform Tables, then send them to the officials you are addressing. Let me walk you through it:
To print or download individual submissions (for example, one signer per page):
- Go to your form’s Jotform Tables view (Submissions Table) for the petition form.
- Hover over the submission you want to print and click View in the Submission Date column.
- Click on the Printer icon in the menu on the right side of the page.
- Adjust the printing settings in the window that opens, then click on Save at the bottom right corner to proceed with printing.
To download multiple signatures at once (for example, to send a single file or data export to officials):
- In Tables, select the submissions you want to include. If you want all signatures, you can directly click on the Download All button.
- Click on the Download button on the right side of the page.
- Choose the format you prefer in the dropdown menu (such as PDF, CSV, or Excel). If you select PDF, you will receive an email with a link to download a ZIP file containing the PDF versions of the submissions; other formats will start downloading immediately.
You can then attach the downloaded file(s) or printed pages to an email or letter when sending the petition signatures to the officials.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
