I need to delete our account but no longer have access to the email so I can't receive a verification code.

    I need to delete our account but no longer have access to the email so I can't receive a verification code. I cannot change the email on the account as I cannot receive the verification code.

    In this case, you’ll first need to recover access to your Jotform account email before you can delete the account, since the verification code is required and can’t be bypassed.

    Please follow our account recovery steps here: Recover Your Jotform Account, and once you regain access, you can delete the account by:

    • Going to your Workspace page and clicking your Profile Picture/Avatar at the top-right.
    • Clicking your Name to open the Account Page.
    • Scrolling down and clicking Delete My Account at the bottom.
    • Clicking Yes, Delete in the confirmation window.
    • Copying the Verification Code sent to your account email and entering it to verify.
    • Clicking the red Delete My Account button to finalize.
