When typing in Japanese, you have to press the Enter key to confirm kanji and other characters, but this causes the text to be sent immediately. Please change the setting so that pressing Enter does not send the text.

    Hi Soya,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant here to assist you.

Let me help you with that:

From the available information, there is currently no setting in Jotform or in Podo that allows you to change the behavior of the Enter key in the chat input (for example, to require Ctrl+Enter to send, or to disable sending on Enter so it can be used only to confirm Japanese IME conversion).

Because of that, it is not possible right now to adjust the send-key behavior specifically for Japanese input or kanji confirmation. If this behavior is causing issues when you type in Japanese, the only available approach at the moment would be to carefully confirm your text before pressing Enter, as there is no configurable option exposed to change how Enter works in the chat box.

Let us know if you have any other questions.
