Hi Jen,

Thanks for using Jotform. Both Autoresponder and Notification Email automatically include the fields on the form as you add them. It will only stop syncing when you start customizing the email content. In case you run into some fields that aren't automatically added to your email content, you can manually add them. We have a guide to do that here.
