    HI,

    When i try to add a user to create Sub Accounts to Share Forms and Folders. It give erro user is not allowed

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. From your description, you're receiving a "user is not allowed" error when trying to add a user to create Sub Accounts and share forms or folders. 

    To help us investigate further, could you please share:

    • A screenshot showing the full error message and the page where it appears
    • At which step the error occurs while adding the user?
    • Whether this happens only with one specific email address or with any user you try to add?
    • If you've been able to add other users successfully before?

    Hi find the below screen shot. This error is occuring for all user i had tried inviting multiple users and same error.

    We have issue with forms where the users submit it and we get the email about thier submission. But this entry are not showing in the Table.

    Hi SubscriptionsSubscriptions365,

    From your last screenshot, it looks like you are currently logged in to a regular Jotform account, not your Enterprise environment, which is why you are not seeing the Enterprise Support option. To access your Enterprise features and contact the Enterprise Support Team, you need to log in using your Enterprise login URL: https://innoventureseducation.jotform.com/login.

    Once you are logged in there, you should see your My Workspace Enterprise page, and from the top-right you (or your Enterprise admin) can access Support or the Admin Console as needed.
