Kris JotForm SupportHi Letitia,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. To clarify, is this a form that you're looking for or a Product List element added to a form? If it's a form, you can restore it from the Trash folder. Restoring the deleted assets from your Workspace is quick and easy. Let me show you how:
- On your Workspace page, at the bottom of the menu on the left, click on Trash.
- In the upper-right corner of the page, click on the Type Dropdown menu.
- Then, in the menu that opens, put a check in the box next to Select All to show all the deleted assets, and click anywhere on the page to close it.
- Next, put checks in the boxes next to the assets you want to restore, and click on Restore in the top-left corner of the page.
For a full breakdown of how to do it, head over to our guide on How to Restore a Deleted Form. If it's a Product List element, you can use the Revision History feature that lets you revert your form back to an older version you select. Let me show you how to use it:- In Form Builder, click on the Circular Arrow icon at the top middle of the page to open the Revision History menu.
- In the menu on the right side of the page, select the version you want to restore the form to.
- Now, just click on Revert next to the version you select, and then close the Revision History menu in the top right corner.
Give it a try and let us know if you need any help. -

MYKONOS jeep tour, august 20
I CAN NO LONGER WAIT ON BEING HELD UP ALREADY TWENTY FOUR HOURS OF NOT
RECEIVING DEPOSITS.
THIS OCCURRED WHEN I ASKED PODO TO ADD ON ANOTHER PRODUCT.
Please check if there's nothing hidden underneath.I am not capable of doing
that.I am not computer savvy, and this is costing me a lot since i've begun
with you in march.

Gemmhel Enterprise SupportHi Letitia,
When I cloned and tested your form, I noticed there are currently no products added in the Product List element. Take a look at the screenshot below to see my results:
To restore the products on your form, you can follow the steps my teammate shared on how to use the Revision History feature.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Joeni JotForm SupportHi Letitia,
Unfortunately, we’re not able to make direct changes in your form builder due to privacy restrictions. When I tried checking your form’s Revision History, it just kept loading without showing any results. Take a look at the screenshot below:
Would you allow us to access your account so we can take a closer look of the issue? To do that, we’ll need your permission to access your account. Don’t worry, you can turn it off again once we’re done. Let me show you how to do it:1. In the top-right corner of your Workspace page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image icon.
2. Then, in the Dropdown menu that opens, click on Settings.

3. Next, in the panel on the left, click on the Security tab.
4. If you haven’t opened your Security page in a while, it’ll ask you to verify. To do that, click on Send Verification Code.

5. Then, enter the Verification Code you receive in your email.

6. Finally, at the bottom of the page, toggle on Jotform Support Access.
After we hear back from you, we’ll have a better idea of what’s going on and how to help.
