    Permissions to create certain workflows - I am currently having issues that the AI agent isn't able to support with

    1. Describe the limitation you see – For example, are you unable to see the Workflow section under Settings, unable to add new steps in an existing workflow, or getting an error when trying to save or enable a workflow?
    2. Tell us where you are working – Are you in Form Builder → Settings → Workflow, in Jotform Inbox, or in the Jotform Mobile App when the issue happens?

    In the meantime, if your issue is that a workflow exists but is not running on your form, you can check whether it is enabled by following these steps:

    1. Go to your form in Form Builder. In the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
    2. Click on Workflow in the menu on the left side of the page.
    3. Hover over the existing Workflow, then click on the Gear icon.
    4. Click on Enable if it is currently disabled.
