I am not sure how to do this, but I know this subscription is due to renew in June 2026. I would like to cancel this subscription prior to it hitting my credit card.

Podo: Support SpecialistHi Christy, I can help you cancel your Jotform subscription so it doesn’t renew and charge your card in June 2026.
If your subscription was purchased on the Jotform website (most common):
- Go to your account’s Billing page here: Change plan.
- Make sure you’re logged in to the correct Jotform account that holds the paid subscription.
- On the My Plan section, look for your current paid plan.
- Click the Change Plan or Downgrade option under your current plan.
- Choose the Starter (Free) plan from the list of available plans.
- Follow the prompts to confirm the downgrade back to the Free plan.
- Once completed, your account will stay on the paid plan until the end of the current billing period, and auto-renewal will be stopped, so your card will not be charged at the next renewal (June 2026 in your case).
You can also follow the full step-by-step guide here: How to cancel your Jotform subscription.
If you purchased your subscription through a mobile app (only if this applies to you):
- If you bought your Jotform subscription via the iOS App Store, you must cancel it directly in your Apple ID subscriptions. Apple’s guide is here: https://support.apple.com/en-us/118428?device-type=mac
- If you bought your Jotform subscription via the Android app (Google Play), you must cancel it in your Google Play subscriptions. Google’s guide is here: https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/7018481?hl=en&co=GENIE.Platform%3DAndroid
To make sure I’m guiding you correctly, can you confirm whether you purchased your Jotform plan on the Jotform website or through the Apple App Store / Google Play Store?
