Tables problem

    The tables for this form is not showing the correct date for the pick-up field


    How can I change it to this field?


    Please choose your shuttle dates and times: 8 a.m. is the pickup time from VSC. You can select more than one if you need a return ride as well. On arrival dates, there is no specific time for the shuttle or shuttles to depart the airport. We try to have every vehicle for 4 or more people to help VSC residents save money. But this isn't always possible because some people might arrive later in the day.
