Podo: Support SpecialistHi Sylacauga,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant here to assist you.
If the PDF attachment is too large for email and the person who needs to print it does not have access to the form owner’s Jotform account, the form owner will need to provide them with another way to download the PDF (for example, via a Download PDF button on the Thank You page, a shared link, or by sending the file through another channel). Without some access or a download option configured by the form owner, respondents cannot retrieve the PDF on their own from Jotform.
Let me help you with what the form owner can set up so respondents can download and print their own PDF right after submission:
- In Form Builder, click on Settings in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen.
- Click on Thank You Page in the menu on the left side of the page.
- Click on Action Buttons, and then select Download PDF.
- Select your PDF Document, and then click on Create on the bottom-right side of the window.
After this is set up, anyone filling out the form will see a Download PDF button on the Thank You page and can download and print their own PDF, even if the email attachment is too large:
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
