zaniyaamariePeople have contacted me telling me that the website is not letting them checkout or pay.
I've also tried this myself and when I put all my information then go to apple pay, google pay, or card information it leads me to a page that says "Already have an account? Log in"
When I try to click log in, it freezes/ doesnt take me to any page.

Podo: Support SpecialistIt sounds like the issue is happening on the payment/checkout form itself, so I’d like to check your form setup. Could you please share the direct link to the form or the page on your website where the form is embedded, and I’ll take a closer look at what’s blocking Apple Pay, Google Pay, or card payments?

Podo: Support SpecialistHi zaniya,
Let me help you with that:
From what you described, your customers are trying to pay (Apple Pay, Google Pay, or card), but instead of seeing the payment screen, they are being taken to a page that says “Already have an account? Log in”, and that page then freezes. You also shared that your page is embedding this URL as an app:
https://www.jotform.com/app/260890970732161?appEmbedded=1
Based on the available information, there is no specific documented behavior where an embedded Jotform app or payment form should redirect to a generic “Already have an account? Log in” page and then freeze, so this exact issue is not covered in the current documentation.
To move forward, here are some general checks you can try on your side:
- Open the app link directly (not embedded) in a browser and test a payment there to see if the same issue happens outside your website.
- Test on multiple devices and browsers (for example, Safari and Chrome on mobile and desktop) to confirm if it is device or browser specific.
- Temporarily remove or replace the embed on your website with a fresh embed code from Jotform (for example, try the standard iFrame embed again) and check if the behavior changes.
However, since the current knowledge does not include any specific steps or known issues about this exact “Already have an account? Log in” screen appearing and freezing for Apple Pay, Google Pay, or card payments in an embedded Jotform app, I don’t know this information and our support team will handle your request.
Reach out again if you need any other help.

Lorenz JotForm SupportHi Zaniya,
I tested the app using the direct link you provided, and the page doesn't freeze when I try to log in. I see that you also shared an iFrame code of the app, so I assume the issue happens when the form is embedded to your website. Can you share with us the link to the page where the app is embedded so we can check it further?
Additionally, a screenshot of the browser's console log when the page freezes, would be really helpful. Our guide on How to Post Screenshots to Our Help Center shows you how to take one. Let me walk you through how to access the browser's console log:
1. On the page where you’re having the issue, click on the Three Dots icon in the top-right corner of the Chrome browser.
2. Then, in the menu that opens on the right side of the page, hover your mouse over More Tools.
3. Next, in the menu that opens, click on Developer Tools.

4. Now, in the Developer Tools window, click on the Console tab and then take a screenshot of everything displayed there.
If you're using other browsers like Safari and Firefox, we have also have a guide about that here.Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.
