The pages I have on this form are not corresponding in the published version. How to fix this?

    Hi stormingrobots,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant here to assist you.

From your screenshots and description, it looks like the page order or page mapping in the builder is not matching what you see in the live/published form. Let me help you with that:

First, check the page order in the Form Builder:

    1. Go to your form in Form Builder.
    2. Look at the page thumbnails or page tabs at the bottom (e.g., AlgC, Robotics, Policy, Payment, Thank You Page).
    3. Drag and drop the page tabs to reorder them so they follow the exact sequence you want users to see (e.g., Student Information → Algorithms in C/C++ → Robotics Project → Policy → Payment → Thank You).

Next, verify the page breaks and navigation:

    1. Scroll through your form and make sure each logical section ends with a Page Break element (Back / Next buttons) in the correct place.
    2. Ensure there are no extra or misplaced Page Breaks that could be creating unexpected extra pages (like pages 5 and 6 not matching the labels).
    3. Delete or move any Page Breaks that are out of place so that each page corresponds to the correct section (e.g., Algorithms in C/C++ content is entirely on the “AlgC” page).

    Finally, test the published form:

    1. Click on Publish in the orange bar at the top.
    2. Open the form using the Open in new tab option.
    3. Go through the form using the Back / Next buttons and confirm that each step’s content now matches the page labels and order you set in the builder.

If, after doing this, a specific page is still not matching (for example, clicking “Algorithms in C/C++” shows Robotics content), please share which page label and which content are mismatched, and we can narrow it down further. Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.

Let us know if you have any other questions.

    Hi stormingrobots,

I cloned your form and was able to replicate the issue. The reason the pages are not corresponding is because the Form Tabs widget currently has only four Tab Titles configured, while your form actually contains six pages. Check out my screenshot below:

Since the widget relies on the number of Tab Titles to match the number of form pages, this mismatch causes the published version to display incorrectly. To fix this, you need to update the Form Tabs widget settings and add tab titles for all six pages of your form. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, click on the Form Tabs widget and select the Wand icon.

    2. Then, in the Widget Settings on the right side of the page, add the Tab Titles for the other pages.

    3. Now, click on Update.
