The last page of the embedded form is no longer visible. It was fine and now it is not. Nothing has been changed.
Content is still visible in my Jotform account
but not in the embedded form.
Please help

Podo: Support SpecialistHi Vince,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant here to assist you.
It seems that the canned responses do not directly address an embedded form’s last page suddenly not showing, so I cannot provide a precise solution from them.
To move forward, I need a bit more detail about how the form is embedded so we can narrow down the issue. Let me help you with that:
- Check the embed method
In your Jotform account, open your form in Form Builder, click on Publish, then on the left click Embed. Please let us know which option you are currently using on your site (for example, iFrame, Script, or another platform-specific embed).
- Confirm if the last page shows in Preview
In Form Builder, click on Preview Form and go through the pages. Confirm whether the last page is visible and works correctly there.
- Tell us about any conditions or widgets on the last page
If the last page is shown only when certain conditions are met (for example, Show/Hide Page conditions or page skips), or if it contains special widgets, please describe them briefly. This helps identify if a condition or widget is preventing the page from appearing when embedded.
Once we hear back from you with this information (embed method, preview result, and any conditions/widgets on the last page), we’ll have a better idea of what’s going on and how to help.
Let us know if you have any other questions.

I would need someone from the support team, not AI.
It seems that the long text from the form is no longer being recognised by the report form.
Jotform itself suggest using a tab instead.
This is not ideal. Long text should work as it was until now.
Can you help with a solution to keep showing my long text on my report?
Thanks

Kris JotForm SupportHi Vince,
With the recent updates, Long Text fields are no longer supported for chart display or direct use in Visual Reports. This means:
- Summarize with a chart can no longer be used with Long Text fields.
- Long Text fields can no longer be added directly to Reports as chart elements.
But you can still display the Long Text element in your report by using a Table element in Report Builder instead of a chart. Let me walk you through it:
- In Report Builder, click on the Add Element button on the left side.
- Now, under Add Element, below the Basic tab, drag and drop the Table element into the report page. Then resize it
- Double-click the Table element to show the Grid Settings on the right side.
- Next, uncheck all the options and select the Long Text element only.
This approach will not recreate the old chart behavior for the Long Text element, but it will keep all your long text responses visible in the embedded report in a structured way.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
