Revision History: Not loading after using AI Chatbot Undo command

    I edit a form for almost 3 hours. Pressed on the AI Chatbot to Undo a previous command.

    It removed everything.

    And now I can't event access my revisions.

    Please help.

    It sounds very frustrating to lose hours of work like that, especially after using the AI Chatbot undo. You can try restoring your form using the Revision History feature, which lets you revert your form back to an older version you select. Let me walk you through it:

    1. In Form Builder, click on the Circular Arrow icon at the top middle of the page to open the Revision History menu.
    2. In the menu on the right side of the page, select the version you want to restore the form to.
    3. Now, just click on Revert next to the version you select, and then close the Revision History menu in the top right corner.

    If the Revision History panel itself is not loading at all (stuck, blank, or showing an issue), please try again in a different browser and with your browser’s private/incognito mode, and if it still does not load, share a screenshot of what you see so we can better understand what is happening on your side.

    The revision history just doesn't load anything while it says 149 changes.

    Please help

    I'm literally crying.right now.

    I have waited more that 20 days for a solution. If I can't have my form back by tomorrow I will fail my unit.

    Now, my revision history says there is only one change on May 19th. What is happening?
