    Hi, I'm getting a timeout error when trying to open and edit the following app: https://www.jotform.com/app/243314413777154

    I have tried cloning the app, using a different browser, using incognito mode, clearing the form cache and checked the status using https://status.jotform.com/ 

    I noticed this happening yesterday, the last time the app was edited was May 6th. Below is the error message.

    Did you try the build url? The acutal app is working fine. Not the builder function.

    Hi Jodie,

    Is it possible for you to try opening the App Builder page on a different device with a different network? You must be logged in to your Jotform account first. Are you currently opening this in your office network? It may be getting blocked by your network, so I just want to rule that out.

    Try that out and get back to us if you still have the same issue.

    I tried from Firefox & Chrome on my computer, and from a colleagues computer with chrome, and safari from my phone which is not on the network still with no luck!

    At this point, since our team has already escalated this to our Developers and the issue is reproducible only on your side, there are no additional troubleshooting steps we need from you right now. The timeout message you are seeing is consistent with a temporary back-end availability issue, where requests to load the builder for that app are not completing successfully.

    Our Developers are already looking into this, and they will work on restoring normal access to your app’s builder as soon as possible. While they investigate, you may periodically try opening the builder again using the same URL you shared to see if it starts loading normally.

    If you notice any change in behavior (for example, the builder suddenly starts working, or you begin seeing a different message instead of the timeout), let us know so we can add that information to the report.

    Thanks for patiently waiting while we were looking into it. I've just heard back from our Developers team that the issue should now be resolved. I've gone ahead and tested it on my end to see whether the issue still persists, but everything seems to be working properly.
