Technical Issue: Specific PDF Editor link unresponsive/failing to load

     I am experiencing a persistent loading issue with a specific PDF in the PDF Editor.

    • Affected Link: https://www.jotform.com/pdf-editor/10261324770899065
    • The Issue: The editor remains unresponsive or is on a loading screen. I have waited over 20 minutes with no success.
    • Context: I have tested my other PDF forms, and they are loading correctly; the issue appears to be isolated to this specific document.

    I understand this is a long document, but it is currently unusable. Could you please check if a server-side error or a timeout issue is occurring with this specific ID? How can this be resolved? I need to edit the PDF.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I cleared the form cache from the backend, which resolves cache-related issues. Can you go ahead and try it again and let us know how it goes?

    If you’re still having the same issue, can you send either a screenshot or a quick recording of what’s going on? Loom works well for recording, or you can upload to Google Drive or Dropbox and send us the link. Or you can use this guide for taking a screenshot.

    I tested it and had the same issue, so I created a ticket and escalated this to our Developers. We’ll follow up as soon as we have any news.
