Not Receiving Notification Emails

    Our company is not receiving all the request forms that customers are submitting over our website. Why is this?

    Hi Karen,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked the email logs and saw that the Notification Emails were successfully sent. You can easily View Your Form Email Logs in your account settings. Let me show you how:

    1. Go to the History tab on your Account Settings page.
    2. Click on All Actions in the top-right corner of the History page, and in the dropdown menu that opens, scroll down to the bottom and select Emails.
    3. Click on the External Link icon on the right side of the Form ID to open the email of the related submission.

    Can you check your spam folders or other folders to see if the emails are there? You can try to Whitelist Jotform IP Addresses and Domains and add noreply@jotform.com and noreply@formresponse.com to your contact lists to avoid emails going to your spam folder. Here are some of the reasons why you might not be receiving email notifications.

    You can also Set up SMTP using your Gmail account as your Email Sender in Jotform. This will ensure smoother email delivery. Let me show you how:

    1. On your Settings page, in the Sender Emails section, click on the Add Sender Email button.

    2. In the window that opens, select Google and click on Continue.

    3. In the next window that pops up, connect your Google Account.

    4. After connecting your account, click on Send Test Email in the Google SMTP Configuration menu to check if it’s set up correctly, then click on Save and that's it.
