Cannot assign form to my users

    I keep trying to assign a form to someone but I get told to verify my email before I do. after I verify I still am getting the same error that i need to verify my email.

    2. Clear your browser cache or try logging out and back into your Jotform account to refresh your session.
    3. Confirm your email is verified in your account settings by checking your profile email status.

    Hi Thomas,

    I checked your form named Demo Return Form (TRuss) and it was already assigned to your users. See the screenshot below:

    You can clear up the cache of your browser or cache of the form to help with temporary issues. Although Clearing Your Form Caches isn't done automatically, it's easy to do it manually. Let me show you how:

    1. On your My Workspace page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image icon.

    2. In the dropdown menu, click on Settings.

    3. In the Settings menu, click on Clear Cache. And that's it, you're done.
