i need help connecting venmo as a payment option. i have paypal already verified but it will not allow me to add venmo. please provide some assistance with this to help me understand the process of adding this payment method.

Regarding adding Venmo as a payment option, Venmo is available as a payment method through PayPal for customers in the US. Since you already have PayPal verified, Venmo payments should be supported as part of the PayPal integration. However, Venmo cannot be added as a separate payment gateway on its own in Jotform.
If you want to offer multiple payment options, you can set up a Single Choice field for payment methods and use conditions to show the PayPal payment field when PayPal (which includes Venmo) is selected. This way, users can choose PayPal/Venmo or other payment methods you configure.

how do i know if my paypal account already is connected with my venmo account?

Hi Nxtlvtraining,
You'll need to access your PayPal Business account and enable the Venmo option. For more information, you can visit PayPal Business's official website. Venmo is only supported in the USA and only allows your customer's to pay in USD. This page will show you how it works. For making a payment using a Venmo option is automatically controlled by PayPal, not Jotform.
