    Hi,

a CRM field is not populated in the submission and in the PDF.

for example see form number 211141808312443.

i can see the return value in the thank you page 1171312 but not in the submissions.

the forth submission on 12.8.25 with clinet number 9999999 had the returned value 1171312 in the thank you page.

    Hi zoharmichaeli,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Let me help you with that:

The CRM field value is visible on the thank you page but not in the submissions or PDF. This usually happens when the field is not properly mapped or included in the submission data or PDF template.

Here’s how to check and fix it:

    1. Verify the field's unique name: In Form Builder, open the field's properties, go to Advanced, and check the Unique Name under Field Details.
    2. Check submission data: In Jotform Tables, ensure the CRM field column is visible and correctly capturing data.
    3. Customize PDF: In PDF Editor, add the CRM field from Form Fields to the PDF document to ensure it appears in submissions PDF.

Make sure the field is properly connected and included in all places where you want the data to appear.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

    Hi Zohar,

Since you're using a Thank You page redirect to send data to your CRM, the returned value is displayed after submission but isn’t saved in the form’s submission data or PDF. This happens because redirect-based integrations don’t store response data back into the form automatically. To capture the CRM response within the submission, we recommend using a Webhook integration instead.

With a webhook, you can send the form data to your CRM and handle the response server-side—allowing you to store the returned value in a hidden field or update the submission record directly. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings and select Integrations.

    2. Search and select Webhook, paste the Webhook URL, and select Complete Integration button.

    3. Then, select Complete Integration and click the Finish button. Give it a try and let us know if you need any other help.
