Demo Request - Self-Assessment Project

Hi!

Our team has one, potentially 2 self-assessments that we would like to use jotform for. We want to be able to collect aggregate data and also provide individuals with a report. Can we use jotform for this? I'd love a demo and to talk through our questions with your team.

Jotform is ideal for collecting aggregate data and generating individual reports. You can design custom forms to capture the specific data you need, then use Jotform’s reporting and analytics tools to create both summary overviews and personalized reports for each respondent.
