Request to Merge Accounts and Update Primary Email Address

Hello,

I’m following up on a previous request to merge accounts and update the email associated with our Jotform account. ASHI’s main email is info@ashi-hla.org, and we would like to connect this Jotform account to that address, as well as associate it with sritter@ashi-hla.org.

I had requested for the info@ashi-hla.org account to be deactivated so we could use that email on this account. Your team advised me to wait 30 days so the email would no longer be in your system. It has now been over 30 days, but I still cannot change the email on my end.

Can you please manually change the email for this account to info@ashi-hla.org on your end?

Thanks for reaching out to us. We are unable to merge accounts, but you can change your account email address to info@ashi-hla.org by following these steps:

1. Go to your My Workspace page and click on your Profile Picture/Avatar at the top-right.
2. Click on your name to open your Account Page.
3. Click on Edit next to your current email address.
4. Enter the new email address and click Save.

If email verification is enabled, you will need to confirm the change via codes sent to your current and new email addresses.

Thank you for your patience.

Since the email address info@ashi-hla.org was still linked to your previously deleted account, it couldn’t be used on your new account.

I have now reactivated that old account so you can log in and change its email address to something else.

Once you update the old account’s email, info@ashi-hla.org will become available, and you’ll be able to set it as the email address for your new account.

Please follow the steps in this guide to change the email address on your old account.
