I've loggin to my account and all my presentations are missing, I have ZERO in my Workspace I've asked the Ai but they couldn't find them either, he did ask for a link to one of the presentations and I gave that to him, but still nothing, then asked for an ID still nothing, where have they all gone??? I hop not deleted from my account, I've paid for a year's subscription. This is an URGENT matter.

Hi Robyn,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your account and confirmed that it’s active on a Bronze plan with multiple Jotform products, including Forms and AI Agents. I also confirmed that your AI Agent Lina: Presentation Consultant is active and available. If you’re not seeing your presentations in the main dashboard, they may be stored within this AI Agent or in another Workspace. Please try these steps to locate them:
- Open the AI Agent by clicking the link above, and check the saved projects or conversation history inside Lina: Presentation Consultant.
- In your My Workspace, you can Switch Workspaces by clicking your Workspace name at the top left and checking any other available Workspaces.
- Use the dashboard and search by name or kink. In the search bar, you can enter the presentation title or paste its link.
- You can also check the Trash Folder in the AI Agents section to restore any accidentally deleted items.
- Ensure that you’re logged into the same account where the presentations were created.
If you still can’t find them after following these steps, can you share the exact presentation titles or links you still have, or any other email addresses you might have used? Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.

I did find my very first ones I did, but that's all there are none of my recent presentations, and they were all on the same page, so not sure where they all have gone, I was testing out the Ai agent to be a customer support on my Instagram account, but that had nothing to do with my presentations, well I don't think so I just want to find all my presentations, thanks,
I have only had one My Workspace, but I'll try what you have suggested. I've checked the trash folder nothing in there. There is around 40 that are missing

Hi Robyn,
Let me take a look at this for you. To do that, we’ll need your permission to access your account. Don’t worry, you can turn it off again once we’re done. Let me show you how to do it:
1. In the top-right corner of your My Workspace page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image icon.
2. In the Dropdown menu that opens, click on Settings.
3. Next, in the panel on the left, click on the Security tab.
4. If you haven’t opened your Security page in a while, it’ll ask you to verify. To do that, click on Send Verification Code.
5. Then, enter the Verification Code you receive in your email.
6. Finally, at the bottom of the page, toggle the Jotform Support Access to the On position.
After we hear back from you, we’ll have a better idea of what’s going on and how to help.
