Hello,
Some of the surveys I gathered on Saturday, the 9th, have failed to sync thus far after connecting the tablet to WiFi; normally, they sync immediately. Regarding submissions, the tablet shows 108 for Survey (A) and 106 for Survey (B), while the desktop/web version shows 103 and 97, respectively.
When I view submissions on the tablet, there's a list of sync errors saying, "Looks like something went wrong.: Network Error." How can I access these submissions? How can I retrieve the data, if needed, to resubmit the survey responses? I think there were nine surveys I collected on Saturday.
Thank you,
Hakeem

Hi ClaraMuhammadCDC,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant. I'll do my best to help you until someone from the support team is available.
Regarding the sync errors on your tablet, these usually occur due to network issues. Here’s how you can access and retrieve your submissions:
- Check your internet connection to ensure it is stable and strong enough to sync data.
- Open Jotform Mobile Forms app on your tablet and go to the form with sync errors.
- Look for the offline submissions stored on your device. These are the ones that failed to sync due to the network error.
- Try syncing again by connecting to a reliable WiFi or mobile data network. The app should automatically attempt to resend the pending submissions.
- If syncing still fails, you can export the offline data from the app to your computer and manually resubmit if needed.
This process should help you retrieve and resubmit the nine surveys collected on Saturday. If you want to avoid this in the future, consider enabling offline forms in the app settings to better manage submissions without immediate internet access.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
Best regards,
Jotform Support
