When customer using Visa card for payment, getting error that Pay Pal has declined to process transaction. This issue is only when using a Visa card for transaction.

I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screencast below to see my results:
Can you confirm if this only happens if the submitters are using VISA card? I've cleared your form cache to resolve any temporary issue. Can you go ahead and try it again and let us know how it goes? If the same thing happens again, we'll investigate it more to see if we can figure out what's going on.

Thanks! I reset the payment and it is working now. Yes, it was only with VISA cards. Thanks for checking and responding.
