We are using a JotForm for electing officers in our club. Many of our members share a PC at home. When one submits the form, the form works ok. When the second member tries to submit the form they receive a message that duplicate form can not be accepted.
I searched the settings on the form and found the following:
If I changed this setting to "No check" would that allow the other member in the household to use the same PC to submit the form without the duplicate message? Is there another way to allow this to happen? Many of our members are households that share the same PC and need to be able to submit the forms without issues.
Thank you for your assistance on this.

Hi Scott,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant. I'll do my best to help you until someone from the support team is available.
Regarding your question, setting the Unique Submission option to "No Check" will allow multiple members sharing the same PC to submit the form without receiving the duplicate submission message. This setting disables the check for duplicate submissions based on cookies or IP address.
Alternatively, you can use the "Check Cookies Only" option if you want a looser check that allows submissions from the same browser but still prevents some duplicates. However, "No Check" is the best option for shared PC scenarios.
To change this setting, go to your form's Settings tab, click Show More Options, scroll down to Unique Submission, and select "No Check" from the dropdown.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
Best regards,

Hi Scott,
Yes, if your form fillers are sharing one computer to fill out the same form, then no check will work perfectly. This option will allow all family members to submit the form. Let me show you how to select No check in the unique submission:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings, and then click on Show More Options.
- In the Form Settings menu, scroll down and select No Check in the Unique Submission dropdown menu. That's it.
Here is a guide on how to set Unique submission on a form, you can check it out.
Let us know if you need any other help.
