Form Calculation not working as expected

numerous options, plus sales tax, I can not get the form to calculate????

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I cloned and tested your form, and it's calculating properly based on the formula in your Form Calculation widgets. Take a look at the screenshot below:

I purposely unhid the Tax Calculation field to confirm it's working as expected. Can you try it again and see how it goes? I've cleared your Form Cache as a precaution. If you run into the same issue again, try clearing your Browser Cache or using another browser to see if it makes any difference.

Yes, I see it initially worked better but when trying other combinations it seems to fail, cache error?

Kind of tough to be confident in the "fill form " mode when it fails to show real world use

Can take a screenshot of what’s happening, that'll help us to understand better what’s going on. Let me show you how to post a screenshot to our Help Center:

1. On the Help Center page, scroll down to the Your Answer section and click on the Image icon.

2. Drag and drop your image into the Upload box, or click on it and select your file.

3. Then, click on the Add button in the bottom-right corner of the window.

4. To resize it, click on your screenshot and then click on one of the boxes in the corners, and drag it inward.

5. Once you're finished, click on the Post Answer button at the bottom right of the Your Answer section.

Can you share with us a screen recording of how you fill out the form, what fields and options you're filling out, so we can try to replicate it on our end? You can share the video recording on any public sharing platform like Google Drive or Dropbox, or you can simply use Loom to record the video and share the video link with us. Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.
