Hey, Jotformers! I've got another question for you. Probably a dumb one. I know you can only customize the whole domain thing if you're on Enterprise, but I'm curious... is there ANY part of the URL that you can customize on our plan? Example. I was thinking something like "form/jotform.com/CotalityMarCommsRequestForm"... but I keep getting "Slug is already in use", which leads me to believe I can't. Just thought I'd check. Thanks.

Hi Thomas,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant. I'll do my best to help you until someone from the support team is available.
You can customize the URL slug of your form on your current plan by editing the part after your username in the URL (https://form.jotform.com/{yourUsername}/{your-custom-url-slug}). However, the message "Slug is already in use" means that the slug you want is already taken by another form, so you need to choose a unique one.
Note that full custom domain customization is only available on the Enterprise plan.
Let me know if you have any other questions.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Hi Thomas,
We have a helpful guide explaining about the form's custom URL that you can check on this link. As Podo mentioned, the format of the form's custom URL will include the username of the owner. In your case, the custom domain should show as this https://www.jotform.com/tombuehl/CotalityMarCommsRequestForm. Can you share a screenshot of what you're getting when you customize the form's URL? You said that you're running into a “Slug is already in use” message. Let's walk through this together to post a screenshot to our Help Center:
1. On the Help Center page, scroll down to the Your Answer section and click on the Image icon.
2. Drag and drop your image into the Upload box, or click on it and select your file.
3. Then, click on the Add button in the bottom-right corner of the window.
4. To resize it, click on your screenshot and then click on one of the boxes in the corners, and drag it inward.
5. Once you're finished, click on the Post Answer button at the bottom right of the Your Answer section.
That's it. Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.
