We need to transfer the paid account for mcove@beaumontusd.k12.ca.us, Mahlana Cove, to lgaunteltt@beaumontusd.k12.ca.us, Lani Gauntlett, for school district Beaumont Unified.

We cannot transfer or merge accounts, but you can change the account email address to transfer ownership. When you change the email, the new email owner will have full control of the account and its submission data. To change the account email address:
- Log in to your Jotform account.
- Go to your Account Settings.
- Under the Profile section, find the Email field.
- Enter the new email address and save the changes.

Hi Lani,
I checked the email address lgaunteltt@beaumontusd.k12.ca.us, and it currently does not have a Jotform account. Your Jotform account under mcove@beaumontusd.k12.ca.us also does not have any forms created yet but is in a paid subscription.
If you’d like to transfer the subscription or account to lgaunteltt@beaumontusd.k12.ca.us, you can simply update the email address on your current subscribed account under this email mcove@beaumontusd.k12.ca.us to lgaunteltt@beaumontusd.k12.ca.us. This will allow that email to take over the subscription. Let me show you how to change your email address on your Jotform account:
1. On your My Workspace page, click on your Profile Picture/Avatar on the top-right side of the screen.
2. In the menu that opens up, click on your name to open your Account Page in a new browser tab.
3. Now, click on Edit on the right side of your current email address.
4. Then, enter your new email address and click on Save.
If the Require Verification to Change Email is enabled in your account’s Privacy Settings, you’ll first need to enter the authentication code sent to your current account email address to confirm the change.
The email you’ll get with the verification code will look something like this:
Either way, you’ll receive an email sent to your new email address to verify it.
Clicking on the Verify Now button in the email will redirect you to a page saying your new email address has been verified.
At the same time, a message will be sent to your old email address confirming that your account email address has been updated.
