can I make one answer mandatory to chose from multiple choice?

Hi,

I'm using multiple choice here to ask registered person to chose if they want to join our news letter (which is optional), but I also want them to be required to accept our terms and conditions in the second choice.

How I can make option 1 optional but option 2 required without splitting the element into two multiple choice question?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Currently, it's not possible to require a specific option in the Multiple Choice element. The options need to be separated, and the terms and conditions field should be set as required.
