Request to clear trashed entries

    i need you guys to clear my archived submissions because as always it’s not working for me. thanks

    We understand you're having trouble clearing your archived submissions. Let me help you with that:

    1. Go to My Forms and select the form with archived submissions.
    2. Click on Submissions to open the submission page.
    3. Find the Archive tab or filter to view archived submissions.
    4. Select the submissions you want to clear or delete.
    5. Click Delete to remove them permanently.

    Hi Alex,

    When you delete submissions in Jotform, they are first moved to the Trash and remain there for 30 days before being permanently deleted. It also may take some time for the total submission count to update. I have now manually recalculated your Upload Space limit, and  I can see that you currently have 0.00B/100.00MB.

    To immediately free up space, you need to delete your trashed submissions in Jotform Tables. Let me show you how:

    1. In Jotform Tables, click on the Three Dots icon next to your form title in the tabs.
    2. In the dropdown menu, click on Trashed Entries to open the Trash menu.
    3. Then, in the Trash menu on the right, click on the Checkboxes to select the submissions you want to purge. To select all, click on the Select All button.
    4. Now, click on Delete Forever, and in the warning window, click on the Delete button to confirm.

    Request to clear trashed entries Image 1 Screenshot 20 To avoid permanently losing submission data, it’s recommended to Download Form Submissions as Excel, CSV, or PDF. Purging deleted submissions will free up your Submission Storage and Upload Space but won’t affect other limits. You can also check out our guide about Account Usage and Limits for more information.
