Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. After checking the email address used in creating this support thread, it's linked to a guest account. Guest accounts are temporary accounts with one-time login only.

Can you send me the link to your form so I can take a look at it for you? It would help us to understand what’s happening if you could take a screenshot and send it to us. We have a guide here explaining how to do that. If you can also provide the email address linked to the account that owns the form, it would be helpful.

Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.
