Could you provide me with a list of all web addresses/android apps that the jotform app relies on

    Good morning,

I am working to setup the Jotform app on a tablet that is heavily locked down (whitelist only apps, whitelist only web addresses). When I try to login to the app with a Microsoft account, I receive the attached error. Could you provide me with a list of all web addresses/android apps that the jotform app relies on or give me other information on why this may not be working? This error appears just after I click submit on the Microsoft login screen.

    Hi ITSSP,

I understand you’re using a locked-down tablet that only allows whitelisted apps and URLs, and you’re receiving a Critical Error Occurred message in the Jotform Android app after submitting Microsoft login. The screenshot confirms this error is triggered inside the Jotform app after the Microsoft login handoff, which indicates the device is blocking one or more required domains.

Here are the domains that need to be whitelisted:

    • jotform.com
    • www.jotform.com
    • cdn.jotfor.ms
    • files.jotform.com
    • api.jotform.com

After adding these, restart the tablet and retry logging in to the Jotform app with your Microsoft account.

Give it a try and let us know if you need help.
