Hello, I currently have two separate forms I use for customers when they purchase an item, a hold form if they only make a deposit and a sold form if they pay in full. I need a way to convert the hold form table information to tie into my sold form table once the customer pays in full. Currently we are having to manually transfer all of the information over. Thank you!

Hi CCRestore,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant. I'll do my best to help you until someone from the support team is available.
To connect your hold form data with your sold form, you can use Jotform's integration features like Spreadsheet to Form or use our API to automate transferring data between forms. This way, when a customer pays in full, their information from the hold form can be automatically linked or moved to the sold form without manual entry.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Hi CCRestore,
Sure, you can connect the data from one table to another. It is really easy to get data from other forms in Jotform Tables. Let me show you how :
- In the Submission table, click on +Add tab.
- Select Table Option and click on Next Button.
- Select Connect To Form option and Click on Next Button.
- Search for the form, select it, and click on the Next Button.
- Next, choose the columns to include in the tab, then select Create.
You can also check our guide about How to Get Data From Other Forms in Jotform Tables. If that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you explain a bit more so I can help you better?
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
