It Doesn't Allow me to Update Credit Card Details

    Need to update credit card information for time-sensitive reasons. The fields on the website will not allow me to type in the card information. I have tried all of the suggestions as well as the last link that led me to account billing, and it is not working. Please help.

    Let me help you with that:

    To update your credit card information, go to your Billing page and select Manage Payment Methods. Then, add a new payment method, enter your card details, and set it as primary.

    If you are unable to type in the fields, try clearing your browser cache and cookies or use a different browser or internet connection. Also, ensure your payment integration is connected properly.

    If your payment is processed through FastSpring, you will be redirected to FastSpring to update your payment method.

    Can you take a screenshot of the message you're getting while trying to update your credit card? Let me show you how to post a screenshot to our Help Center:

    1. On the Help Center page, scroll down to the Your Answer section and click on the Image icon.

    2. Drag and drop your image into the Upload box, or click on it and select your file.

    3. Then, click on the Add button in the bottom-right corner of the window.

    4. To resize it, click on your screenshot and then click on one of the boxes in the corners, and drag it inward.

    5. Once you're finished, click on the Post Answer button at the bottom right of the Your Answer section.

    1. On your My Forms page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image on the top-right side of the page, and then click on Settings.

    2. Go to Billing in the menu on the left, and click on the Manage Payment Methods button.

    3. In the window that opens, click on Add New Payment Method.

    4. Then, enter your credit card details, select the Set As Primary option and click on Add New Payment Method.
