Hi there, I have a fundraiser form/template that I created and published. I need to display and accumulate the data correctly from the product list settings but there are no field codes. For instance, a customer can register for a race and receive a tshirt and we have to capture what size shirt. The data is captured however it looks messy and is hard to read and separate out and put in a table. Do you have any advice or ideas what to do. Thanks!
Here is my form https://form.jotform.com/252076068312150

Hi Nicola,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant. I'll do my best to help you until someone from the support team is available.
To better organize and display your fundraiser form data, especially for product options like t-shirt sizes, you can use Jotform's feature to turn product options into sub-products. This allows you to capture variations like sizes clearly and have them displayed in a more structured way.
Here’s how to do it:
- Open your form in Form Builder and click on the Product List field, then click the Shopping Cart icon.
- Edit the product you want to add options to by clicking the Pencil icon.
- Under the Options tab, add a Product Option for t-shirt size or other variations. You can use presets like T-Shirt Size to quickly populate options.
- Toggle on "Create Sub Products From Options" to make these options sub-products, which helps in better data separation and display.
For viewing and managing your collected data, use Jotform Tables where you can see submissions in a clean, tabular format and even customize columns for better clarity.
If you want to export or further organize data, you might need to manually separate it in Excel using text-to-columns features.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
Best regards,

Hi Nicola,
Since the data collected in the Product List is considered a single field, it will be collected in a single cell. An alternative would be to download your submissions via Excel, then use the split text to different columns feature to separate the products and the variations.
Give it a try and let us know if you have any other questions.

Hi there, thanks for the response. Goodness, I'm not sure how to do the split text to different columns. How do you do that?
Thanks
Nicola
