Hi
We removed the part of our boat rental contract that violated terms. How do we get the form reactivated?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Since the problematic fields have already been removed from your form, I have taken the step of re-enabling it for you.
To help ensure that the changes take full effect and that your form loads properly without referencing any old data, you may also want to clear your form cache. This can help refresh the form’s configuration and prevent any residual issues from the previous setup. Although Clearing Your Form Caches isn't done automatically, it's easy to do it manually. Let me show you how:
1. On your My Workspace page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image icon.
2. In the dropdown menu, click on Settings.
3. In the Settings menu, click on Clear Cache. And that's it, you're done.
