I can't find a form I created

I can't find a form I created about 10 days ago.

It is active and working, but not in my account.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can check your created form by using the filter on My Workspace page to locate your form easily. Let me show you how:

1. On your My Workspace page, click on the Type filter.
2. Choose Forms in the dropdown menu. That's it.

If the form is still not showing, you can share with us the link of the form or the page where the form is embedded so we can check on it.
