Account: Total Submission Limit reached even when submissions were just few

    Hi. I received a notification of 'Total Submission Storage Limit' hit, which is 500, but I cannot see that many submissions in my account?

    Looking at my Workspace, it only seems to show about 120 submissions on my account, so where do I see the Submission Storage showing the 500 data entries, and how do I delete some of that?

    Hello Steve,

    Thank you for reaching out to Jotform Support. I have gone ahead and refresh your account limits and now it is only showing 121 submission over 500 submission limits is used. You can also clear your form cache in the future to refresh your forms submissions and limits.

    Although Clearing Your Form Caches isn't done automatically, it's easy to do it manually. Let me show you how:

    1. On your My Workspace page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image icon.

    2. In the dropdown menu, click on Settings.

    3. In the Settings menu, click on Clear Cache. And that's it, you're done.
