How can I add a text box into my store app to gather engraving information

I have a custom jewelry engraving company. I've already setup the app, I have added the products with the pricing, however i need to add a box the allows the buy to enter the information they want to have engraved once they choose the jewelry that they like. Preferably before the hit the add to cart button. I have several items and will need to make this available for each one of them. I got instructions from the robo but it didn't seem to understand what I was trying to do. It told me to create a form and embed it. I am very confused I like the app thus far I just need to get this issue resolved in order to be able to use it.

It's not possible to set up an individual text box for each product selected, to input a text unfortunately. As a workaround, the closest would be to add additional fields in the checkout page that will ask the customer for the text they want to engrave. Let me walk you through it:

1. In App Builder, select the Product List element and click on the Store Properties button.

2. In right panel, go to the Checkout Page tab and click on the Add Element button.

3. Choose either Short-text or Long-text field, edit its properties and click on Save.
