help with teams

I was exploring how teams could help us and I messed up.

I moved a mysign document into a team, just to see how it all worked. Podo says that you don't currently allow items to be moved out of teams back to your personal workspace!

Please put it back! We are trying to migrate from docusign to be 100% jotform and my whole team just go trained. I need it to work the way it used to work.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I tested this on my end and confirmed that it’s possible to move a MySign document from a Team workspace back to your My Workspace. Here is a screencast of my test result:

It’s important to note that this will only work if you own all assets linked to the document. If any linked assets are owned by others, the move option will not be available. Can you share with us the link to the Sign Document as well as a screen recording of what’s happening so we can try to replicate it on our end? You can share the video recording on any public sharing platform like Google Drive or Dropbox, or you can simply use Loom to record the video and share the video link with us.

As soon as we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.
