Show/Hide images conditions is not working properly

I'm using condition to show images, but they aren't working properly for me. It is displaying multiple Images instead of the range. I've tried using paragraph, Images, links. It all does the same thing. What am I missing here?

Excellent: score = 0

Good: score > 0 and score < 25

Fair: score > 24 and score < 65

Poor: score > 64

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I cloned your form to test it, and I easily replicated the issue. There is an easy fix for this, we just need to select all in your show/hide conditions. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
2. Click on Conditions on the left side of the screen.
3. Hover your mouse on Condition 2 and click on the Pencil icon. (Also apply this in condition #3)
   
4. In IF condition, select All on If all/any of the "if" rules are matched section.
5. Lastly, click on the Save button.
