Hello,
I am inquiring on behalf of a conservation organization. We are hoping to monitor egg hatching activity on a date six weeks from whenever a form has been filled out and dated.
For example: we write the date that we do the first survey, and if eggs are found, I would like to create a condition that adds 42 days, or 6 weeks to to dated form, and then creates an appointment or calendar reminder/update for that date.
right now I have if relocation is filled, then you add 42 days to it, but this doesn't seem to go anywhere. I tested another condition that sent an email to us and that one worked, so I believe it's enabled.
I didn't know if this was a possibility, or if there is a better way to do this. I know there is a calendly and google calendar option, and we are open to either.
Thank you!

Hi seaturtlesoc,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can set up a workflow on your form to use the 45 date field as the appointment date. It's really easy to do. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
- In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Workflows.
- Click the Create Workflows button, and you will be redirected to the Workflow Builder.
- Now, click on Add Element on the left side of the page and under Integrations, select Google Calendar.
5. Choose an Action and Authenticate your Google Calendar account.
6. Set up the integration and make sure to select the calculated 45 days as the Start Date.
Take a look at the screencast below to see how it works after:
