Nothing on my form is pulling up, only the dates. It looks corrupted. I've already troubleshooted with the AI bot on the site. I need my submissions back for my business

Hi Ashley,
I'm an AI assistant. I'll do my best to help you until someone from the support team is available.
It sounds like your form may have an issue causing the data not to display properly. While I can't directly recover submissions, you might try clearing your form's cache or checking if the form is disabled or over quota. If the problem persists, the support team can assist further with recovering your submissions to support your business.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
Best regards,
Jotform Support -

Hi Ashley,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your form, and saw that you haven't added any form elements yet. Take a look at the screenshot below:
Adding form elements and widgets to your form is easy. Let me show you how:
- Go to your form's Form Builder page, and click on Add Element in the upper-left corner of the page.
- Select basic form elements under the Basic tab.
- Go to the Widgets tab if you want to add widgets.
That's it. Let us know if you need any other help.

Hi Ashley,
When you delete a form field in Jotform, the associated data for that field in your form submissions will also be permanently deleted. We recommend downloading your submission data beforehand if you wish to keep a copy. You can export your submissions to Excel, CSV, or PDF from the Tables view before making any deletions.
I checked your form and saw that it currently doesn't have any form elements, but the form's revision history shows that actions were taken on the form, such as form element deletions. Take a look at the screenshot below:
If you’ve accidentally deleted the content and settings from your form, you may be able to recover it using the Revision History feature, which should restore your form to its earlier state. We’ve got a guide here that’ll show you how to do that. It's easy to do. Let me walk you through it:
- On your My Workspace page, click on Type at the top and in the Dropdown menu that opens, uncheck the boxes next to all the assets except Forms, so only they’ll be shown on the page.
- Now, hover your mouse over the form you want to manage, and click on More on the right side of the page.
- Next, in the Dropdown menu, under the Data column, click on Edit.
- In Form Builder, under the Form Title at the top of the page, click on the Circular Arrow icon.
- Then, in the menu on the right side of the page, select a revision and then click on Revert.
Let us know if there’s anything else we can help you with.
- On your My Workspace page, click on Type at the top and in the Dropdown menu that opens, uncheck the boxes next to all the assets except Forms, so only they’ll be shown on the page.
