How to schedule custom reports?

How can I schedule custom reports to be emailed out daily? Either with an active HTML link, or a PDF document?

I am collecting robust KPIs, and I have created reports that present the data in a digestible form, but I want to be able to automate these reports to be emailed to people, versus myself refreshing the reporting every day, saving a new document, and sending the emails myself.

You can automate your custom reports to be emailed daily as either an active HTML link or a PDF document by setting up Digest Emails or using the Flow Report feature in Jotform Workflows. These options allow you to schedule reports to be sent to multiple recipients automatically, saving you the manual effort of refreshing and sending reports each day. For detailed steps and customization tips, you might find the guide accessible via the button below very helpful.

    Hi Riverstone_sys_admin,

Thanks for reaching out to us for help. You can use Jotform's Digest Emails or the Flow Report feature within Jotform Workflows. These tools allow you to automate the sending of reports to multiple recipients, eliminating the need to manually refresh, save, and send reports every day. You can also use HTML table based report to share it on your website but, it won't send an email regularly. Let me show you how to create Digest Email:

    1. On My Workspace page, click on the Downward Arrow icon from the top left side of the page.
    2. Choose My Reports option at the top of the page. Click on Create Report button from the top left side of the page.
    3. Choose Digest Email option. How to schedule custom reports? Image 1 Screenshot 50
    4. On the Create Report page, Enter Subject and Email address.
    5. Choose frequency of report from Daily, Weekly or Monthly.
    6. Click on the Next button.
    7. Choose the Forms. You can select more than one form. Click on the Next button. How to schedule custom reports? Image 2 Screenshot 61
    8. Select the Create Digest button from the bottom right corner of the page. How to schedule custom reports? Image 3 Screenshot 72
    9. In the pop-up window, click on the Create Digest button to confirm. That's it.How to schedule custom reports? Image 4 Screenshot 83

No, this is just scheduling a some basic numbers. I'm talking about the actual report, not a digest.

    Hi Riverstone_sys_admin,

Unfortunately, the scheduled custom report is only offered through Digest Email. While the feature you're looking for isn't available at Jotform right now, we've gone ahead and escalated your request to our developers. Exactly when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.

Let us know if you have any other questions.
