Hey there,
I'm the owner of Bewilder Brewing company and we had an employee create a jotform for our kitchen catering reservations, but that individual is no longer with us and we can't get ahold of him. Is there any way to gain access to this form so that we can continue to use and edit it? Or a cloned copy of it? It's possible it's setup in an account with my email since it forwards to my email, but I wasn't the one that originally created the form.
Thanks
Cody McKendrick

Hi Cody,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant. I'll do my best to help you until someone from the support team is available.
To access or clone a form created by a former employee, you can try the following:
- Check your account: Since the form forwards submissions to your email, log in with your email address to see if the form is under your account.
- Request form transfer: If you can contact the former employee, ask them to transfer ownership of the form to your account.
- Clone the form: If you have access to the form URL, you may be able to clone it to your own account.
If these options don’t work, please let us know, and we can explore further solutions.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Hi Cody,
If you can provide enough information to prove your ownership of the account, the relevant team can update the account email address to your preferred email address. You can fill up the Account Recovery Form provided on this page to proceed. If not, you can use the clone feature to get a copy of the form if the form owner has not enable prevent cloning option on the form or account. Here's how to do it:
Here's how to do it:
1. In My Workspace, on the left side of the screen, click on Create.
2. Select Form.
3. Click on Import Form.
4. Click on From a web page.
5. Paste the form URL under Enter URL and click on Create.
Check out this guide about How to Clone an Existing Form From a URL.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
